"The Last Wizard's Nightmare" is an epic original composition in 8-channel 669 format. It offers interesting themes and unusual distortion and electrical effects.
Author's Note: This song is based around a single large theme, which is broken down into smaller "sub-themes" throughout its course. The main theme is an exploration of the mind of a medeival sorceror, the last of his kind, as he dreams of the future of the earth... and beyond. He dreams of a strange "tyranny of machines" and the warfare that surrounds it. I want to leave any further interpretations up to the listener. As the themes progress, I want you to feel that you can SEE the story evolving. PLEASE, I ask only that this song NOT be played on a mono soundcard, as I have used MANY effects which depend upon the presence of stereo. Listening to this song in mono mode would be like listening to a whole new (and MUCH WORSE) composition. Additionally, I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND listening to this song through stereo headphones instead of speakers. The effect will be somewhat dizzying and trancelike.
